" . . . this study suggests consideration by given to
the Historic High School as a future home of
government offices."

Government Efficiency - agility to combine majority of its operations into one facility.

Good citizens - restore significant community building
- Adjacent development will be encouraged

Increased retail development will occur on the square
- City tax rebate increase of $60,000 - $90,000
-Available parking spaces equal retail sales
- County employees are still close enough to help support
businesses on the square
- Businesses could achieve their market potential through
additional parking spaces and additional retail
development in former government locations

This building is well suited for county use
- Sufficient square footage is available

Tax credits, grants available because of historic value
